Mr. Anderson’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has experience with a wide range of technologies and businesses, including cases involving 3G cell phone technologies, digital video, Internet search and advertising, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, semiconductor design and fabrication, and wireless local area networks. Mr. Anderson represents clients in arbitration, before various United States District Courts, the International Trade Commission and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
