Carlos M. Mastrapa is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami and New York offices. Mr. Mastrapa is engaged in a general corporate and business law practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in various industries, including pharmaceutical and healthcare products, media and entertainment, manufacturing and technology. His transactional experience includes advising public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset dispositions and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, syndicated lending, and general transactional and non-transactional corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Mastrapa practiced with two international law firms in New York City. He also spent several years in public accounting with Ernst & Young, LLP in Miami and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
