Carol Dillon is managing partner of Bingham’s Silicon Valley office, with more than 30 years’ experience in transactional real estate. She focuses on complex commercial ground leasing, representation of institutional investors, and acquisition and development of land for renewable energy projects. Her practice includes a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including the acquisition, development and disposition of a wide range of properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, agricultural lands and medical facilities.

In the past five years alone, Carol has represented clients in matters involving the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate valued at more than $5 billion.
