Carol Lepman regularly counsels a wide variety of clients in all areas including plan design, implementation and administration.

Further, she has been involved in ESOP leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions and mergers of various corporations and the related ERISA issues, as well as extensive consultation in fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues on public and private offerings and the structuring of compensation packages for highly compensated employees.
