Carrie Gallagher is Special Counsel in the Napa Valley office of Buchalter, and is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Gallagher’s practice focuses on civil, commercial, and regulatory litigation.

Ms. Gallagher’s experience includes drafting and reviewing policies, contracts and professional services agreements, subpoenas, Public Records Act requests, and Ordinances. She also has extensive civil trial experience including research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, and appellate briefs.

Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Gallagher was Deputy County Counsel at the Office of the County Counsel where she represented various county agencies including, Child Welfare Services, Code Enforcement (Building and Zoning), Department of Planning, Building & Environmental Services, Department of Corrections, Public Administrator, Commission on Aging, Adult Protective Services, Sheriff’s Office, Health and Human Services, Child Care Planning Council, Clerk of the Board, Agricultural Commissioner’s Office, and the District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Gallagher is also certified as a Child Welfare Law Specialist by NACC.
