Casey Pearlman is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

In Summer 2011, Ms. Pearlman served as a summer associate in Foley’s New York office where she researched intellectual property, securities, and general commercial issues; wrote memoranda and drafted pleadings; and interviewed clients and drafted affidavits and briefs in asylum cases. She has also served as an intern for the Honorable William M. Erlbaum in the Criminal Division of the State Supreme Court of Queens County, NY.

Ms. Pearlman earned her degree from New York University School of Law (J.D., 2012) where she served as articles editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. She also participated in the Family Defense Clinic and was co-chair and treasurer of the Prisoners’ Rights and Education Project. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in history of art and architecture from Brown University (B.A., 2009).
