Casey L. Moore focuses her practice on representing national and international clients engaged in diverse industries, including securities, financial services, oil and gas, health care and insurance. Casey’s securities litigation practice focuses on representation of broker-dealers and brokers in securities claims as well as representing directors and officers in class actions and derivative shareholder proceedings. Casey has extensive experience litigating in federal and state court and before arbitration panels, including FINRA and AAA. Casey gained invaluable trial experience as a participant in an attorney loan program at the Plano Municipal Prosecutor's Office, having served as lead counsel for over 30 bench and jury trials. She has also assisted with handling appeals in appellate courts, including the Dallas Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
