Cecily A. Waterman

Cecily A. Waterman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Waterman’s practice focuses on employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and before various arbitration tribunals, with an emphasis on discrimination, public policy and harassment issues.

Ms. Waterman has tried numerous cases, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts. She regularly advises clients on claims avoidance strategies and on employee non-compete issues in the technology, bio-technology, financial services and retail sectors.

Ms. Waterman serves an an Early Neutral Evaluator for the Northern District of California’s alternative dispute resolution program and she is active in several non-profit charitable organizations. Ms. Waterman is fluent in French and English.

Ms. Waterman is admitted to practice in California.
