Charles E. Leasure III

Charles E. Leasure, III has practiced in the area of insurance and reinsurance law for more than 25 years. His clients include insurers, reinsurers, reinsurance intermediaries, insurance brokers and reinsurance pool managers. Charlie handles a variety of complex commercial insurance and reinsurance litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels of state and federal court as well as cases before ARIAS arbitration panels.

In addition, Charlie provides risk management and compliance counseling for financial services and corporate clients. He also counsels clients on a wide range of issues involving commercial insurance policies, including general liability, directors and officers insurance and mergers and acquisition insurance.
