Charles M. Bleiberg is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner. He was a member of the Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practice.

Mr. Bleiberg was a partner at Friedman, Wang & Bleiberg, P.C. before the firm joined Foley in July 2004.

He previously was a member of the Bureau of the Budget, Office of the Mayor of the City of New York; and a staff member of the New York State Commission on Attica. He also served as special counsel to the New York City Police Commissioner, and the Comptroller of the City of New York.
