Charles W. Zepp

Charles Zepp is a partner at Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash. He has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including the defense of companies in product liability and toxic tort cases as well as in various commercial matters and insurance coverage matters. Additionally, he has participated significantly in firm roles as national coordinating counsel for products liability actions and class action counsel in nationwide cases. He has successfully represented clients throughout numerous state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate court level. His practice also involves representing clients in emergency injunctive proceedings.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of national retailer in connection with a $2 million breach of lease claim. DDR Hendon Nassau Park II LP v. RadioShack Corp., 2010 WL 723776 (N.D. Ohio 2010).



Obtained summary judgment on behalf of national fast food restaurant chain in connection with alleged liability related to a “riot” in its parking lot. Motley v. Wendy’s Old Fashion Hamburgers, Inc., 2007 WL 3226973 (N.D. Ohio 2007).



Obtained summary judgment on behalf of insurer in class action related to claims for post-settlement interest. Bellman v. American Int’l Group, 2007-Ohio-2071 (Ohio Supr. Ct. 2007).
