Chris Molen

is a partner in the Corporate Practice at King & Spalding in the Atlanta office and a member of the Finance Practice. Mr. Molen concentrates his practice in complex commercial and banking transactions as well as debt restructuring and workouts. His particular areas of experience include financing of mergers and acquisitions, asset-based financing, leveraged finance, and healthcare and communications industry lending practices.

Mr. Molen and his team close and restructure debt financings involving debt amounts from $10 million to $3.5 billion. His clients include large international financial institutions, national banks, finance companies and hedge funds.
