Chris J. Wheeler

Chris J. Wheeler is an associate in Cooley's Business department. He joined the Firm in 2013 and is resident in the San Diego office. His practice focuses on general corporate law.

Mr. Wheeler received his J.D. with a specialization in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2013. He was a recipient of Prosser Awards in Corporate Governance, Partnerships and LLCs, and Antitrust. During law school, Mr. Wheeler interned at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego and participated in the Berkeley Law Veterans' Law Practicum.

Mr. Wheeler received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
