Christen Douglas is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the New York office.
Christen’s practice includes trust and estate planning, administration and litigation. In planning trusts and estates, Christen counsels individuals and families with respect to estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation, family business succession and philanthropic planning. Her experience as a litigator also enables her to anticipate and avoid common missteps in planning clients’ estates that might otherwise lead to costly litigation.
