Mr. Guilluy is Of Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Shearman & Sterling.Mr. Guilluy joined the firm's Paris office in March 2006.He works primarily on domestic public and private mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of securities, privatizations of French state owned companies and more generally all matters related to stock markets activities.
