Christie Yang is an associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Criminal Defense Group and Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Yang’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including cases involving financial services and intellectual property issues, and civil and white-collar criminal matters. Ms. Yang’s practice also includes representation of companies and individuals who are involved as witnesses or subjects in investigations conducted by the SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory entities. Ms. Yang also has litigated intellectual property matters in state and federal court and before the International Trade Commission.

Ms. Yang received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member of the Texas International Law Journal. She received her B.A. in the history of art cum laude from Yale University. She is admitted to practice in California and Washington, D.C.
