Christina Conroy

is an associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Ms. Conroy has represented clients in an assortment of complex commercial litigation matters, and has experience with breach of contract, business tort litigation, accountant liability and commercial disputes.

Recent matters in which Ms. Conroy has served as legal counsel include:

Defending Canada’s largest financial institution in three week trial against claims arising from alleged customer misconduct.

Representing bank and broker dealer in action involving claims of negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.

Representing a Big Four accounting firm and one of its partners in defense of claims in MDL proceedings arising out of the collapse of one of the largest providers of brokerage and clearing services in the international derivatives, currency and futures markets.

Representing a Big Four firm and one of its partners in defense against claims arising from its auditing of financial statements for state self-insurance fund.

Assisting with representation of a major pharmaceuticals company in multiple products liability cases.
