Christina M. Paul advises and represents business clients in a variety of areas, including products liability and risk management, complex commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on maritime transactions and transportation casualty defense. She currently serves as a member of a team of national trial lawyers defending product liability claims made against a Fortune 500 marine manufacturer. Ms. Paul also represents numerous business clients in disputes involving maritime transactions and interacts with various governmental and regulatory bodies in aspects of domestic and international law. Ms. Paul serves as trial counsel to a national less-than-truckload motor carrier defending various liability claims filed in select states through out the country.
