Christine Westbrook is a member of Nixon Peabody’s Public Company Transactions group. She represents public and privately-held businesses in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities law disclosure and compliance.

Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Christine worked for two law firms in New York City specializing in capital markets transactions and advising senior management of publicly-traded companies in corporate and securities law matters.
