practice primarily involves counseling publicly-traded corporations and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of transactional, securities law, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Christopher has represented issuers, underwriters and financial sponsors in connection with a broad range of capital markets transactions including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, consent solicitations, tender and exchange offers and other financings. Christopher also represents companies, boards of directors and funds with respect to SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance issues, and disclosure obligations.
