Christopher Craig is a counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. His practice includes a range of commercial litigation, including ERISA, healthcare, patent, FCPA and antitrust litigation. He has argued before the Ninth Circuit, taken and defended depositions, interviewed witnesses, and managed complex electronic discovery. Christopher also led and prevailed in a multi-year battle that vacated the death sentence of his pro bono client, David Lee Jackson, and resulted in the Department of Justice’s commitment to review its protocols for post-conviction capital defendants.
