Chris McCoy

is counsel in King & Spalding’s Capital Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Charlotte office. For more than twelve years, Mr. McCoy has represented institutional and private equity real estate investors and lenders in complex real estate transactions on a regional, national and international basis. His experience comprises of transactions in which our clients form single asset, portfolio and programmatic joint ventures and/or acquire, develop, finance and dispose of assets in virtually all sectors of commercial real estate.
