Chris Froelich advises public and private companies and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and transactions involving distressed or bankrupt targets or sellers. His practice encompasses a broad range of industries, including financial services, health care, biotech, energy, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, shipping, and telecommunications.

Chris's representative clients include Areva SA, The Carlyle Group, Chrysler, Hostess Brands, International Automotive Components Group, JPMorgan Chase, Reynolds American, sanofi-aventis, and Wasserstein & Co.

Chris is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a New York State Bar Association honoree.
