Christopher J. Tafone

Christopher Tafone is a senior associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

He concentrates his practice in the area of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related securities and corporate laws, and in organizing and counseling registered investment companies, including open-end and closed-end mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and unit investment trusts.

Mr. Tafone received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Binghamton University in 1996, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2000. Mr. Tafone is admitted to practice in New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
