Christopher M. Kelly

Chris Kelly's broad practice includes representing corporations and financing institutions in diverse domestic and international corporate finance matters such as public equity and debt, Rule 144A high yield offerings, private capital raising, reorganization, restructuring, recapitalization, and acquisition transactions. He regularly advises SEC reporting companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Chris is Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland Office and also oversees the U.S. side of the Firm's Capital Markets Practice.

Notable corporate clients include Athersys, Cliffs Natural Resources, Developers Diversified Realty, iBiquity Digital, The J.M. Smucker Company, KeyCorp, Molycorp, National Fuel Gas, Olympic Steel, Park-Ohio Corporation, PolyOne Corporation, Scripps Networks Interactive, Swagelok Corporation, and TransDigm Group.

Chris's extensive financial institutions representations include Jefferies & Co. and KeyBanc Capital Markets in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
