Mr. Viapiano represents U.S. and non-U.S. companies and financial institutions in complex antitrust, commodities, securities and shareholder derivative litigation, criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and corporate internal investigations. He has represented clients under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and state attorneys general. Mr. Viapiano clerked for the Honorable Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery (2005-2006).
