Christopher Giordano concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate counseling for publicly traded companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

His clients include W.P. Carey & Co. Inc., BDO USA, LLP, Capital Access Networks, Inc., The Hain Celestial Group, Psilos Group Managers and Cortec Group.

In addition to advising companies on topics ranging from securities law matters to acquisitions and divestitures, Christopher represents private equity funds in their investment activities, including transaction structuring, equity-sponsor buyouts, early and later round financings, growth-equity financings and liquidity events. He also represents portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, acquisitions and divestitures.

Christopher's practice includes advising companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance matters and representing private equity funds in shareholder rights matters. Additionally, Christopher represents various REIT sponsors in connection with their M&A activities.
