Practices in the area of general federal and state tax law, with special emphasis on the taxation of cooperatives, state and local taxes (including sales, use, income, property, severance and production, business and occupation and excise taxes), federal and state tax credits and incentives, and federal excise taxes. Mr. Duggan is experienced in advising clients on organizing or restructuring cooperatives, converting business entities into cooperatives, and terminating cooperative status.
