Christopher S. Berry, a retired partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, was a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation and Labor & Employment Practices. He worked with employers on the design, implementation and administration of employee retirement and welfare benefit plans, employee equity and other incentive programs, executive compensation arrangements, and employment agreements. Mr. Berry also advised employers on compliance with federal and state laws applicable to employee benefits and represents employers before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation on employee benefit plan matters.
