Christopher S. Dillon

Chris Dillon represents lenders (primarily lead arrangers) and borrowers in a wide variety of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. He has negotiated and documented numerous secured and unsecured credit facilities, including syndicated and single bank loans, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, domestic and cross-border financings, multicurrency loans, dividend recapitalization transactions, and acquisition finance transactions, many of which involve multiple tranches of debt and complex intercreditor arrangements.

Chris has handled substantial lender-side representations for institutional lenders such Bank of America, GE Capital, RBS Citizens, Regions Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, SunTrust Bank, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank, as well as substantial representations for several large multinational U.S.-based borrowers.

Chris is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
