Christy joined Ropes & Gray as an associate in 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation practice group. Christy advises investment managers and advisers, financial services companies, and corporations in transactional, securities and other complex business litigation matters. Christy has also advised several private equity, hedge fund, and mutual fund clients on indemnification and general partner liability insurance matters.

Christy has an active pro bono practice and coordinates a program to provide immigration legal services to underprivileged Boston students who aspire to attend college. Christy spent a year as a fellow at the Post-Deportation Human Rights Project at Boston College. She has extensive experience representing clients pro bono before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Boston Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals.
