Ms. Chen received her B.S. degree from Peking University and her M.A. degree from Wesleyan University in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in 1999 and 2002, respectively. She received her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School, cum laude, with concentration in Business Law and Regulation in 2009. During law school, Ms. Chen was a member of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policyand served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Roger T. Benitez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Chen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
