implementing wealth transfer techniques for Latin American families with ties to the United States
structuring and managing closely held and family-owned business entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations
utilizing her experience as a corporate attorney to prepare stock purchase and sale agreements, buy-sell agreements and stockholder agreements for entrepreneur wealth planning clientele
advising fiduciaries in estate and trust administration, including utilizing various methods for modifying irrevocable trusts to achieve client's objectives.
