Claire has extensive experience in the area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, multistate products liability litigation, toxic torts and federal antitrust litigation. Her current practice focuses on defending healthcare providers in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial and appellate work. Claire enjoys working with expert witnesses and has taken or defended hundreds of expert depositions. A large portion of her work includes defending wrongful death or catastrophic injury cases, including cases of cerebral palsy from alleged birth trauma or hypoxic injury. In other experience, Claire serves as national coordinating counsel for a major transportation company.
While earning her law degree at Campbell University Law School, Claire participated in both the ABA Moot Court Competition and the John Marshall Moot Court Competition.
