Clare A. Reilly

Ms. Reilly is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, public company reporting and venture capital financings.

She graduated with distinction from Stanford Law School in 2009. During law school, she was a developmental editor for the Stanford Law Review and a student lawyer at the Organizations & Transactions Clinic of Stanford Law.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reilly received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Rice University. She was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. In 2006, she completed her M.Ed in Counseling from the University of Houston and was the recipient of the College of Education Cullen Fellowship.
