Claudia is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing primarily in the area of commercial restructuring & bankruptcy as well as in the area of corporate governance issues. Claudia is former managing partner of the Philadelphia office. She has more than 32 years of experience practicing in corporate restructurings, refinancings, workouts and bankruptcy. During that time, Claudia has represented every type of constituent in a troubled company situation, including debtors, secured and unsecured lenders, DIP lenders, creditors' committees, lessors, lessees, trade creditors, shareholders, and members of creditors' committees.

Claudia has earned a reputation as a leader in the field of corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy. Since its initial publication in 2003, Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers has highlighted Claudia as a leading insolvency/corporate recovery attorney, and Pennsylvania Law Weekly named her the top female bankruptcy attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is also recognized as one of the nation’s top restructuring and bankruptcy lawyers in The Best Lawyers in America. Claudia was inducted to the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy in 2002 and serves on the Board of the ACB Foundation. She also serves on the boards of various charitable and civic organizations. She is a frequent lecturer in the area of corporate restructuring and insolvency issues.
