Craig Leavell is a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group. He focuses primarily on patent infringement litigation, but he also represents both intellectual property owners and alleged infringers in all aspects of IP counseling and litigation. He has expertise in various IP and technology matters, including utility and design patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, unfair trade practices and contract disputes.
