Craig Price is special counsel in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group.

Mr. Price has represented indenture trustees, debtors, lenders, funds and borrowers in all aspects of financial restructuring, including chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Price has also represented buyers and sellers of various distressed assets, both in the United States and internationally.
