Creighton Macy is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the antitrust practice. Creighton's practice encompasses a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investigations by the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, private litigation, criminal investigations, and counseling on issues such as antitrust compliance. He has represented clients in a diverse range of industries, including the software, media, semiconductor, and financial services industries.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Creighton spent more than two years with the United States Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, where he began his legal career as a trial attorney in the Attorney General's Honors Program. As a member of the Litigation III Section, Creighton worked on civil merger and non-merger matters in the beef, sports, music, and movie industries. He was part of the United States v. JBS, S.A., et al., and United States v. Ticketmaster, et al. teams.
Creighton is an active member of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Trade, Sports, and Professional Associations Committee and Coordinator of the D.C. Mentoring Program. Additionally, Creighton is a member of the Marquette University Law School Alumni Board, serving as the board's Washington, D.C., representative.
