Curran M. Walker is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2007. Curran maintains an active trial practice, having participated in numerous jury and bench trials in jurisdictions throughout the country. His practice focuses on intellectual property (including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright disputes) and securities litigation, with particular emphasis on structured financial products such as mortgage-backed securities. He has represented clients in small matters as well as large, high-profile matters with more than $1 billion in dispute. When representing plaintiffs, he has participated in the recovery of over $256 million in verdicts, judgments, and settlements. Curran has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission.
