Mr. Creely has served as principal issuer’s counsel in initial public offerings by technology and life sciences companies, and he regularly advises public companies in various industries on SEC compliance, reporting, and governance matters. He also represents issuers and investors in venture capital, private equity, and private placement transactions. He regularly serves as counsel in merger and acquisition transactions involving private and public companies in various industries, including healthcare, software, financial services, and life sciences. He also represents businesses in technology-driven strategic transactions, including joint ventures, technology licensing transactions, and product development and collaboration programs.
Mr. Creely previously served as in-house general counsel for a Nasdaq-listed company, where he was responsible for managing the Company’s broad range of legal needs, including securities law compliance, strategic transactions, technology development and protection, foreign legal matters, and general corporate needs.
