Cynthia is a senior member of the Real Estate Group and is the Deputy Practice Group Leader in the Chicago office. Cynthia has an exciting national practice that spans all aspects of real estate and finance. She represents large financial institutions making loans nationally, small community banks investing in local businesses, and operating businesses managing and financing their real estate assets. Cynthia’s work in real estate finance spans the gamut of representing construction lenders, mezzanine lenders and working capital lenders in making new loans and in working out real estate loans and enforcing rights under loan documents, including foreclosure and deeds in lieu. She also counsels companies on the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate assets.
