D. Dewayne Nichols focuses his practice on the energy, corporate, finance and health care law fields. He has substantial experience relating to oil and gas mezzanine financing and related transactional agreements. Dewayne works closely with companies on general corporate matters, including structuring and negotiating business contracts, stockholder, partnership and limited liability company agreements, employment agreements and non-competition agreements. A portion of his practice also concentrates on the health care industry representing hospitals, surgery centers, dental practices, physician groups, health care management entities, and other health care related clients in their organization, acquisitions, dispositions and ongoing day-to-day corporate governance needs.
