D. Dewayne Nichols focuses his practice on the energy, corporate, finance and health care law fields. He has substantial experience relating to oil and gas mezzanine financing and related transactional agreements. Dewayne works closely with companies on general corporate matters, including structuring and negotiating business contracts, stockholder, partnership and limited liability company agreements, employment agreements and non-competition agreements.
