Damon Fisher

is a partner in Kirkland’s Los Angeles corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings and financings. Damon has served as lead counsel in transactions involving a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, energy, apparel, internet, shipping, aircraft leasing, consumer products, business services, health care, restaurants, sports, entertainment and media.

A significant portion of Damon’s practice involves the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in their leveraged buyouts and other acquisitions and dispositions. Representative clients include Brentwood Associates, The Carlyle Group, Lion Capital, Media Rights Capital, Oaktree Capital Management, Shamrock Capital Advisors and Vicente Capital Partners.
