Dana Baiocco's practice areas include business and tort litigation, product liability, mass tort defense litigation, financial institution and services litigation, and aviation litigation and counseling. Dana currently leads the defense of Vibram USA against allegations of false and misleading advertising regarding Vibram's unique and extremely popular FiveFingers minimalist shoes. Bezdek v. Vibram, et. al., a putative class action filed in the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, is one of several actions filed in multiple jurisdictions nationwide.

Dana also defended Yamaha in its Rhino product liability litigation nationwide. She is a member of Jones Day's Product Recall & Accident Response Team, a multidisciplinary group of Jones Day lawyers prepared to respond in recall or crisis situations.

Dana recently joined the litigation team representing Financial Guaranty Insurance Company in its high-profile lawsuits against Ally Financial and its mortgage subsidiaries arising out of residential mortgage-backed securities FGIC insured in 2005.

Dana, a licensed pilot, is also defense counsel for Parker Hannifin Corporation in its aviation component part product litigation. She led the Parker team to victory in Brewer, et al. v. Dodson, et al. (aff'd, 9th Cir.) and its state court companion case, Vandeventer v. Dodson, cases arising out of a general aviation crash in Oregon.
