Dane Baltich is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Baltich focuses his practice on the solicitation of patents with an emphasis on electrical and computer-related technologies. His practice further includes counseling clients on a wide variety of intellectual property issues including issues relating to the management of patent portfolios, the licensing of intellectual property rights and the infringement, validity and enforceability of patents.

Mr. Baltich is a registered patent attorney and a member of the Georgia Bar. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as a member of the Florida Law Review, received the Irving Cypen Freshman Scholastic Achievement Award and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Baltich received his B.S. in information technology in 2003 from the University of Central Florida.
