Dan O’Shea represents issuers and investment banking firms in connection with a wide variety of public and private securities offerings, including high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings and other equity offerings. In addition, Dan advises clients on corporate governance matters and public company reporting issues.

Dan’s experience representing both issuers and underwriters gives him unique insight into the offering process. He applies a pragmatic approach to transactions, providing his clients with practical strategies that help execute their best interests and position them for success.
