Daniel Cervantes

Daniel is a former member of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment practice group for the Miami office of Hogan Lovells. While at Hogan Lovells, he focused his practice on international commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on construction, energy, and performance contracts disputes. He also has experience with complex commercial litigation, hedge fund securities fraud, consumer fraud, and class action litigation.

Daniel is a former law clerk for The Honorable Charles T. Canady, Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, and The Honorable Harry Lee Anstead, Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Additionally, Daniel served as an intern law clerk for The Honorable David Levy and The Honorable Gerald B. Cope, Jr., while they served as judges for Florida's Third District Court of Appeal.

While in law school, Daniel served as an articles editor for the Florida International University Law Review, as the Vice-President of the Board of Advocates, and as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem.

In 2013 and 2014, Daniel was recognized by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star." In 2013, he was recognized by Florida Trend as an "Up & Comer." Prior to that, in 2012, he was honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on their list of "40 Under 40."
