Daniel G. Bergstein is senior counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Bergstein has practiced for more than 35 years as a corporate attorney focusing his practice in financial transactions, including private and public corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He co-chairs the firm’s global Telecommunications & Media practice, which encompasses approximately 60 lawyers worldwide. Mr. Bergstein was the chair of the firm’s Corporate practice at a time when it encompassed nearly 200 lawyers. Mr. Bergstein represents issuers, investors, and investment banks and has been regular outside merger and acquisition counsel to large domestic and international, public and private telecommunications and media companies as well as to a number of internet and e-commerce companies. His representation of investment banks has been primarily in the telecommunications and media sector.
