With more than 20 years of commercial litigation experience, Dan Buzzetta maintains a broad national trial practice that cuts across varied industries and subject matters. Dan represents clients in all facets of litigation and, by way of example, represents clients in contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, class actions, employment litigation, banking, antitrust, construction, and real estate litigation, and RICO matters. Dan’s practice also includes conducting internal corporate and regulatory investigations on behalf of management, directors, and special committees, and he is a New York State Supreme Court Receiver pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge. Dan has successfully tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and in arbitrations, and regularly counsels clients on litigation strategy and avoidance and risk management.
